About

Recovery, Healing, Empowerment

Enjoy Counseling from the comfort of your own home. Serving all of Oregon and Arizona via Online Video Appointments. My career started in 1999 working in a general practice mental health clinic in rural Utah. I obtained my LCSW in 2003 after getting my degree in Social Work from the University of Utah 2001. My family relocated to Oregon in 2004. Most recently I was a Primary Care Behavioral Health Clinician for a local hospital. Having been trained in a variety of techniques for assessments as well as traditional and non-traditional therapy models; I possess a wide variety of skills and offer the best care possible for those I work with.
